Delivery and Return

Processing Information

Once Order has been placed we aim to process the order within 3 working days, if the item is in stock we endeavour to deliver the next working day.

Our lead time for products to be delivered is 10 working days approximate depending on suppliers availability this can vary depending on festival seasons where products may take longer to dispatch due to high demand.

Once order has been placed you will send you an email with your order number and relevant information regarding your order.


Any orders below £50.00 there will be an additional delivery charge of £4.99 which will be non refundable.

Any orders above £50.00 there will be no additional delivery charge.

Any goods being returned the customer will bear the delivery charges.


All deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or Evri and will be tracked we will email you with the tracking number.


Damage Return

In the unfortunate event of damaged goods, the Purchaser should contact RS ACCESSORIZE within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. Customers are required to email customerservice@rsaccessorize,co,uk  and provide a picture and details of what the damage is.

 

RS Accessorize will investigate and replace or refund the items concerned if all is satisfactory.


Refunds


We hope that you love your order, but we know sometimes it doesn’t work out well for everyone and that’s Ok!

 

If you wish to return your item, please return it within 7 working days along with your order details this must be in original sellable packaging for a  refund, by the original method of payment this excludes Jewellery and face products which includes makeup brushes/sponges and lip/eye products that have not been used or tampered with for hygiene purpose unless defected. 

 

Please note that the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us, we will only cover the cost of the return if it was an error on RS ACCESSORIZE behalf and we will assess this case by case.
Parcels coming back to use must be packaged appropriately to ensure the box or items do not get damaged in transit coming to us. Any transit damages will effect your refund.

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods except for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised  i.e. gifts engraved or customised etc as per 13 (c) of the distance selling regulations and products which have been opened or have been used while in your possession.
RS ACCESSORIZE must be informed prior to you returning any items and you must arrange for your own courier to return the goods. The goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition.
